I got that mouse this year myself, moving from a g9x.
I'm not going to pretend like the g9x isn't perfect, but this one is okay. It's just a hair too short for me though, my pinky finger scrapes the mousepad most of the time.
I like the featureset and button placement.

Just bought a moto g6 play to replace an LG g2 with a bad digitizer. If the digitizer didn't die I would not have upgraded.
Did I fuck up?

We can be mouse friends. Last purchase was the white fox keyboard with kalih silent reds

Forgot the pic

Why did you put a filter over it you stupid normalfaggot?

I also got that mouse moving from the g9x
It blows cock and I would never recommend it for any reason.

>a fucking toy
Thanks, but no thanks.

Did you ever move to something else? I'm eager to ditch it, but I don't hate it. I'd get another g9x if Logitech still made them.

I saw pic related, but apparently it's missing horizontal scroll. Which is probably not important for most people, but I use those keys.

it should arrive tomorrow

I forgot my mouse had horizontal scroll lmao, ty.

Still need to do the rebate

Got the keyboard/mouse/pad combo off Amazon last week for $60 CAD (about $45 USD) to replace an old rubber dome membrane and a really shitty mouse that spun out all the time. Redragon K552 and Centrophorus m601 mouse. The keyboard is my first TKL and first modern mechanical (I also have a Model M and an Apple Keyboard with ALPS switches), actually really good considering the price. The mouse is not so great, has a weird texture and the tracking is very meh. Not much of a step up from my old one. Would have been better off just buying the keyboard for $40 CAD and then getting another mouse elsewhere.

Also got a TP-Link Archer C7 router about a month ago to replace a shitty D-Link. Good router, range is excellent, connection is stable, throughput speeds are good and it can be flashed with DD-WRT. For those thinking of it, do not EVER consider buying D-Link products, they are fucking trash.

How do you like the G502?

Why do you not like the G502?

Attached: IMG_1744.jpg (4032x3024, 1.9M)

g502 is top tier for fps, shit for MMO. For the price, i dont think a better mouse exists though

G502 is too heavy and clunky for FPS, you don't need buttons
It's a kind of middle ground mouse that's too heavy for FPS, but doesn't have enough buttons for MMO/MOBA, and it's strictly inferior to a G700s (if you like buttons) or MX Master (if you like battery life and multiple scroll wheels) for non gaming usage.

I personally alternate between a G700s and a Rival 500 for just normal PC usage (and an Elecom trackball whenever a mouse isn't too convenient), a G600 for stuff that needs a lot of hotkeys (Blender, Space Engine), and a Rival 310 for FPS (Rival 600 is good too if your hands are slightly bigger).

Protip, get some silicone grease and apply it liberally. They'll still be pretty mediocre but at least it'll make them usable, unlike how they come out of the package.

stop shilling Logitech

You poor soul. I hope you didn't buy an AMD GPU because their CPUs are doing well.

not him but you are retarded if you buy a professional hakko or Weller station over that, unless you're actually a professional

Etymotic hf5 IEMs, Samson Go Mic
no pics.

The mute icon means it's silent.

That's actually a good idea. They do feel a little sticky out of the box. IO do have a big jar of silicone paste though, so it's worth a shot.

Never had rudder pedals before though, only twist grip, so even these are a world of difference.

Nice Hf-5's are pretty sweet. I bought some too as my carry around pair. Not as refined as my ER-4S but easier to drive off of a cell phone.

This thing

They just arrived today, and I've only tried em once, but WOW do they go deep. There's a small sting in my inner ears that will probably go away, and I'm looking forward to trying em out more later on.

I bought one of these, the right click broke
bought a second one, gave away the old mouse, the middle scroll wheel doesn't scroll properly

Shit quality, would not recommend buying from logitech

not too shabby picked it up for $50

Yeah you definitely have to get used to them. I used to only use the foam tips, but found that the triple flange tips do actually create the best seal. They just have to wear in a bit and go painfully deep. You do become accustomed though. Also Comply foam tips are really nice.

>not liking cartridge heater irons
FX888 fag detected

As good as they may be, the fx888d was the best choice I ever made for my bigger projects

a FX888 and their clones were good back then as pretty much the only viable hobby-priced good soldering iron, but for some reason the chinks are making cartridge iron clones now. the patent on it probably expired or some shit.

anyways, for $100 you can get an iron that performs way better than a FX888 especially on things with large ground planes. if all you do is simple through-hole and SMD work I dont think you'd really notice though, so no reason to buy a whole new station.

Ahh ok that's pretty cool. I think the biggest change for me was I was going from a non temperature controlled, to the fx888. So it just made it wat easier to solder without fear of overheating and delaminating the traces some of the more fragile boards

I love the g502 but the mouse wheel goes rusty after a year or so. I'm on my 2nd one and I clean it weekly. I hate having sweaty hands.

Onboard audio is dead on my 2600k build. Looked around a lot and found this was the best one for Mod Mic, ironically the official antlion one is still too quiet and doesn't give it enough voltage.

Its amazing how the GXXX Logitech mice are still so popular.

They fucking struck gold with this series.

buying any logitech g mouse is a good idea I've had mine since pic related and it's great and hasn't failed on me

Reading experience on a whole new level.

I have the G502. Great for games like Risk of Rain/Enter the Gungeon with the easy-access thumb buttons. Can map 3 moves easily, 5 if you use the two by the lmb. If you are playing a macro-heavy game or want to rebind lmb&rmb then get a different mouse (I wish I knew lmb and rmb couldn't be rebound).
Anyone have experience with an Ergodox? Looking at an EZ since I don't want to build the infinity. Any sites where people sell a pre-built infinity? Want the LCD and new USB interconnect +independent boards without building it myself

Best speaker purchase I've ever made.

Attached: 91QAKIxJ+eL._SX425_.jpg (425x230, 15K)

I don't want to rain on your parade. I owned those and though they were the shit. Then when they went I bought Klipsch Pro-Media 2.1 which blows the Logitechs away. I have since switched to JBL Lsr305's and 310 Sub(much more expensive I know,) but the difference is unreal. I'd definitely recommend the Klipsch pair once the logitechs go, or the JBL's if your funds allow it.

you release 20$ spent on second hand speakers is better than that.
