Wondering if anyone here knows of a program that will allow me to rearrange and delete certain pages in a PDF file, as well as add some sign here stickers etc.
If you know of a program or a way let me know and I will check it out

At the moment I have been printing out the PDF, reorganising it physically and adding sign here stickers, and scanning it back onto computer. However, some quality is lost and it is quite time consuming.
I had always been under the impression that PDFs are a finished product, but just checking here to make sure

The problem is that the binary specification is a nightmare.
Also, a shit tone of adobe-only private extensions are commonly used (like a lot of the form-filling stuff and signatures), I'm not sure how much of that is truly propietary stuff and how much is just that they have the only working version of the specification.
Adobe really cucked the industry with PDFs.

Disconnect from internet while you're working on the pdf split.
Foxit does sign here markings. As far as page splitting is concerned, just print individual pages as pdf files. And then recombine them using Adobe free version.
