Are there any free reverse TCP tunneling servers that offer a static ip address or hostname, similar to how easy it is to set up a free dynamic dns resolution service? My ISP uses cg-nat and changing plans isn't an option at the moment.
Openport is 90% of the way there, but this isn't something that justifies any cost. It'd just be very useful. Have a pupper for your trouble.
