Why do the 4+ versions jump in download speeds form like 10MB/sec to like 30KB/sec in a split second. Version 3 didn't do this.

still stalled, not fixed

nice try, nigger

It's been stalled for fucking 3 months which is my fucking point.

boat
stalled

utorrent 2.2.1 is fast & just works lmao

>It's been stalled for fucking 3 months which is my fucking point.
that means you have no seeders. look at your upload amount, retard. there's only leechers for your torrent.

>connected to 22 seeds
>no seeders

Yeah fuck qB

I don't use any of these features. I just download and that's it whats the point of all this stupid shit?

it says there's only 2 available so that 22 is wrong.

i bet you're so dumb that you didn't even consider connecting to that swarm with another client to see if qBit is actually the problem.

>i'm retarded and can't read

nigger detected

>they do it for free
I love qbittorrent, but please stop.

changed to transmission

>ubotnet fags on suicide watch
>they wish they could have a client with active development

Back to your deprecated, closed source software

This stalled thing is a meme right.
Been using 3.3.7 for 1y8months, downloaded 1.4 TiB never seen it that happened.

Attached: SnapCrab_NoName_2018-8-13_10-41-40_No-00.png (916x451, 56K)

It's real but only happens for certain people on certain versions with certain connections on certain network adapters.

>BUGFIX: Add options "Download in sequential order" and "Download first and last pieces first" in AddNewTorrentDialog (Chocobo1)

I like qbittorrent and all but this feature needs to fucking die. It breaks the very nature of torrents and has led to slow downloads and torrents dying prematurely due to lack of piece distribution.

Who cares about public torrents? They die anyway. At least that feature encourages a bit more seeding from people who watch stuff.

Torrents die no matter what if nobody is willing to seed, and that is made worse by people who monitor the swarms. The only way to solve the public problem is by implementing some kind of anonymity, and the closest thing to that is private torrents.

Stop using public torrents. Go private.

My friends won't use qbittorrent because """µTorrent""" just works even though they complain about ads all the time, why are my friends so retarded, Jow Forums?

They are probably non-white

They are white.

is the stalling fixed yet?

>8 year old torrent client is better then a newly released client in 2018.
really makes you think

That's really sad then

Does it have RSS support?

No

>uTorrent 2.2.1
>hasn't required a single bugfix in seven years
Why are freetards so far behind?

Enjoy your I/o errors

Then it's not great.
I did use Transmission when qb was stalled memes, but that hasn't happened for years.

It stalled the first torrent I tried to download, I had a screencap somewhere but can't be bothered to look for it.

Oh no, it's retarded.

Why do you only have 2TB uploaded in 1 year 8 months? You're either stalled or you're barely above dial-up.

>tfw uTorrent masterrace

I use qB to download everything but only seed the seasonal anime episodes till ratio hits 1.5-2.00 on it.
For seeding batches I use utorrent 2.2.1

still STALLED garbage
fuck off feretard sperg

same. qbit is sheit

Why not rtorrent?

Because most of Jow Forums uses Windows

Only neets torrent anymore tbqhfam

>it's another wagecuck proud of paying for multple streaming services episode

Never had this problem with uTorrent.
Also
>that 22 is wrong
Then they should fucking fix it, fucking qB shit sucks.

Your post seems as smart as the person in the picture you posted. I hope you're proud of yourself.
Do you prefer to be data mined by proprietary torrent clients or used for bitcoin mining and pay? You can always donate to developers.

Deluge is superior in every way

>no options to change language in the settings
>have to mess with the files

>still can't choose default ordering on WebUI
>still can't have RSS on WebUI

ITT: adware merchants shilling deluge and ubotnet

literally happened two minutes ago.

>deluge
that's not adware you tard

When will they let me select which clients I won't upload to?

Neat

Windows is better because it lets me play my video games and utorrent is better because it downloads my games faster. qbstalled doesn't do enough for me or my video games.

based

These tech illiterate retards literally don’t know what a torrent is, or how they work, and yet they still feel the need to post in this thread. These shitposting reddit memers need to be fucking banned. This is embarrassing.

just ban them

But why?

This is my main problem with QB, but not many complain about it, so I guess it could be something specific to my set-up.

Attached: hang.png (640x640, 279K)

Nah I get it too. I always just close it with task manager before shutting down.

Make the client under 2 MB and that emulates utorrent 2.2.1 and I will use it

just use deluge, transmission or rtorrent

that

This is clearly a Windows problem.

qbits automatic torrent management is a godsend though, and the webui is the best of them all

This would prevent me from leeching on them and would have to be done manually.

I don't want to support retards using (((bittorrent))) or (((utorrent))) clients.

Only shitfaced qBittorrent apologists can defend the only shitty client that stalls on torrents which reports that it's connected to seeders when literally any other client doesn't.

But does it finally shut down along with windows???

based and redpilled

No, it'll still hang.

2.2.1 > all

I'm this guy and this thread motivated me to find a solution to this problem. Uninstall program, delete %APPDATA%\qBittorrent, reinstall program. Some old preferences data apparently don't go well with successive updates. Hope this is a permanent fix and not just a coincidence.
Don't make me start with "utorrent doesn't have this problem" shit because I like Qbittorrent and I want it to succeed.

I genuinely meant it was a Windows problem. Windows can't into task managment.

>program shits itself while trying to do something stupid or unallowed
>"it's a task management problem, bro!"

Works on Linux, asslicker.

Does people unirocally still update qBitorrent after 4.0?

to get rid of the annoying popup

yes

>user seeds
>has it at 5kb upload
>seeds it those 5kb to some other guy
>connect and see him seeding
>why aren't I downloading from this guy (You)
I don't know why I have to break it down like this for you

Attached: 1533650397730.png (578x566, 12K)

i've been waiting fucking forever for rss on web qbittorrent to work so that i can use it on my server

Except qBittorrent shows that I'm directly connected to at least 3 seeds you dum dum.

If I'm not connected to a seed, it should not show me connected to a seed, either way, it's still STALLED.

restart pc

also consider doing a clean install

Hello windows user

Anyone else have problems getting qbit to work with Mullvad? I went through the tutorial on their site but get a red disconnected icon.

Never mind, I updated and the problem seems to be fixed.

qbittorrent daemon fucking when
