In my company we scan and print documents instead of faxing them but I imagine just using the fax machine would make things a lot more easier

Do you live in an area where pretty much is a chain store or restaurant? I've run into a lot of places with blocked-off chip readers like , but they're always small business stores or restaurants. My guess is that it costs more to run chips than swipes for some reason.
