Basically they can get an order to ask you to "voluntarily" modify your code to recover what they want. If that doesn't work they can require changes or risk $10m fines. And finally they can get another order which if not complied with people start going to jail.
So if the Farok FBI vs Apple case occurred in Australia they would have made Apple comply or execs would be jailed.
