Fix the shit scroll bars in Edge. They are supposed to hide and disappear like all other UWP scroll bars. They also have to become black in the black theme. It used to work perfectly with the initial release of Win10 but now it's shit and it's the only reason keeping me from using Edge.

I'll make an easy question and I hope I get an answer. Since June these "Cumulative Updates" been fucking up my computer, they just keep loading forever and always fail at 25%, gladly I discover I can fix this by downloading the Update myself and run it myself, but still, is just my computer or what the hell is going on?
