It's a soft cap at best, or else shitty coding. When I was 5/1 dsl I constantly hit it but it took hours to reach it. Now I'm 50/10 and I'm constantly blowing through it. Downloaded a 20GB file yesterday without the cap kicking in.

Adding account milestones. Used to be you got 50gb on the free account and it stayed that way. Starting last fall if you don't meet certain goals they cut it to 15GB. You don't lose anything if you had more than 15 upped but say your account now sits at 25GB, you can't add anything to it.
