uTorrent once again allows you to turn off the ads (with the exception of the "upgrade to pro" tab). Is TRON based defenders of the internet or is this just a marketing gimmick?

I keep using version 2.
Initially the executable was around 64ish KB, now is bloated thrash, the "u" no longer makes sense.

I've only ever used transmission on both Windows and Linux and no issues. Of course I only torrent Linux isos and the half life 2 cinematic mod once so it's more than sufficient for my use case
