/sffg/ - Small Form Factor General

Why haven't you switched to a small form factor case yet Jow Forums?
Don't you care about aesthetics and efficient use of space?

>needs 5x more fans and heatsinks to keep at the same temperature as just having some fucking room to breath
that's not efficient use of money.

>small is aesthetic
no it's just gay, like jerking off to trap/futa porn.

Because low profile coolers suck: youtu.be/-c2yxAnTWT8

Theres 3 case fans. Whatever case you use if you don't have at least 3 fans its either gonna run hot or be loud as fuck.
That case can fit a 240mm rad for an AIO.

I prefer ATX or E-ATX for desktops. For HTPCs, small form factor is king. How is the fractal design node 202?

Hey dum dum, read the performance sheet they posted with the case, the temps are fine.

I can run my system without fans and it still doesn't overheat.
Maybe if you used a larger case you'd understand how wonderful this is.

So ive been out of the loop for about a year or so. All the sff psu's were garbage at the time. Is there a reliable, 700 ish watt model out now built by nips, preferably?

I did the SFF meme a couple years ago. I put a 4690k and a R9 290 with a PH-TC14PE in a Phanteks EVOLV ITX. It was a bitch and a half to work in and the GPU fans spun up like a jet engine under any kind of load. I had transferred these parts from an NZXT H440 and in that case everything was easy to work around and it stayed quiet and cool.

When I built a new computer with a Ryzen CPU and a GTX 1080 I put it in a Phanteks P400S, no regrets whatsoever.

what case is this?
