Started using Quant. DDG best feature is the bangs. Also wish Quant had a dark mode.

Make sure your country prefernce is set properly. With that said, I have seen random searches return in French which is where they are based. It really doesn't bother me I use it for searching not discovering video games. It's supposedly best for music. They have an entire music section.

But me want for search on desktop and Qwant lite on mobile.

My man, use a script or extension all pages should be dark.

FWIW of you really wanted bangs and want to avoid DDG check out FindX. Not the best search engine currently but supports bangs or as they call it "exits".

Use searx or startpage. DDG search results are actual ass

yup, no tracking. I guess is based of the search you make, basic filter, not AI storing a profile for your ip
