Buy any 2.5inch Sata ssd preferably larger than
100gigs open up your yoga and remove the hdd or ssd that you got in there and put the new one in. make sure you got Windows 10 or any distro burned on a thumbdrive select the usb thumbdrive as your boot device and the rest should work itself out
Protip: don't buy cheap chink ssds just buy a Kingston
