I wouldn't call it a "summer camp". I did this through a group called "Civil Air Patrol", and we stayed overnight. Curfew is mandatory in CAP regulations, but all curfew means in this case is that we couldn't go out of our dorms past 23:00. It was a cadet program, so ages ranged usually 16 or older, although the official ages are 12-21.
