When will IBM get back into the business laptop business? I want to ditch Intel kikes as soon as possible

Never, Power9 begin massive bandwidth, high interconnect, security features and high thoughtput but high power consume and relative no as good single thread performance.

>2018
>14nm

Can you Translate or Emulate x86 on Power?
A Talos workstation that makes me possible use my x86 software would be nice.

Why don't you have the source for that software, user? Just recompile it. :^)

what's the issue? their 14nm is better than intel's

>GloFo 14nm
>Better than Intel

TOP KEK

>10 cores at 5.2GHz stock
>not better than intel
cry more, intlel shill

wat
where
sauce pls

nvm I can't look with my eyes
holy shit I love IBM now

>10 cores at 5.2GHz stock
>not better than intel
That's all for big iron, you dumbass. Did you not see the "z14"?

where can i buy their cpu?

>i-it doesn't count, o-only x86 does

Because I use a lot of privative software.

>Rypoo garbage built at GloFo, 12nm even
>Can't hit more than 4GHz

GLOFO PROCESS IS SHIT
INTO THE TRASH IT GOES

>meanwhile semiconductor test fabs at intlel checking 14nm++++++++++++++ still low-yield low-count processors are catching fire every day

>wanting to buy nazi hardware
Reported to the fbi via hasbara you antisemitic piece of shizz.
Edit:thanks for the gold kind stranger!!!

Right... Because you obviously have a mainframe at home.

Also, that's not how to sage, you fucking newfag.

Shut up, Oppai Gakki.

Gloflos 14/12nm processes were licensed from samsung...

Those chips are arguably horrendously expensive, I wouldn't be surprised if IBM has terribly yields for their zSeries chips. Given how expensive mainframes are having expensive CPUs doesn't matter all that much.

Yes, for example with QEMU. Note that this is rather slow though.

>unironically thinking that clockspeed matters.
It hasn't for a long time, see infoq.com/presentations/click-crash-course-modern-hardware
