I always feel like my client isn't set up properly. Is there a "correct setting" for private trackers that I'm not aware of?
Every time I try to seed something, it's as if it isn't being aggressive enough in uploading and I keep getting cucked by other peers. This happens even when I'm the sole seeder of a torrent, other leech peers end up ULing a whole lot more than me. My client will for example, UL a shitty little burst of data of 100MB to one single guy and completely stop for a while, while that same guy will share the very data he just got from me to 5-6 other people and earn himself a decent 500MB of upload. I realize that people have seedboxes but it shouldn't be this bad. I have a 100Mbps connection, and I download just fine. Is there any setting that could uncuck my client (Qbittorrent 4)?

Thanks. I already had most of these steps done with the exception that I require encryption rather than prefer. I change it to prefer and back and forth from time to time, never noticed any differences in speed or connectivity to peers.
