Where? Staples? You have no soul if so.

>buying shit at a bricks-and-mortar store
its like they actively want to be ripped off

Ramazon will beat anyone. Let the stores burn.

>saving 20 dollars on a 300 dollar purchase
fuck it, if i'm buying it I don't want to wait a month for delivery. I'll happily pay a markup to get it today.

>pays $20 extra because he can't plan literally three days ahead of time

>a month for delivery

Three years from now.
>OMG EBIL AMAZON MONOPOLY

People that do this are usually contractors who are spending someone else's money; that or the parts are for someone else and they plan on billing that person the cost plus labor to install. A friend of mine works for a federal housing contractor and he makes weekly purchases at Best Buy and other big chain stores because its easier for him and its not his money he's spending.

>a month for delivery
Are you stuck in the 90s?

>ive never ordered from anywhere other than a company that has a warehouse in my city
Talking out assholes confirmed.

It's already that way.

>people that don't buy 8tb easystores on sale to shuck exist

I don't really know that much about buying consumer electronics... Where would you guys buy it if stores and Amazon aren't a good option?

As a staples worker I can confirm this is true
But hey I got a fuck ton of stuff that old people wanted to recycle

>I don't want to wait a month for delivery
Amazon Prime is next day.

easy tech here as well
>let me bring in 3 carriages full of beige crt monitors and just leave them at the front without saying anything
>let me bring in 30 boxed toners to recycle even tho the limit is 10. You also have to take the cardboard you came in because fiuck you.
>let me walk around and take up your time and say "ill think about it" after you offered me every thing on the selling sheet

fuck this job. fuck asain resellers. fuck old people

It's not my fault that Seagate is the last manufacturer to support SATA I.

Glad we stopped taking CRTs I love turning them away. I get a bunch of Jews in my store that always want to haggle and thats the worse, just buy the ink with the printer you cheap fuck and no you can't buy another printer for the ink in there.
Steal anything good from the 'recycling'?

got an iphone 6 64gb black once. a couple ipads and 2 macbooks

Last iPad I got was a dud, got a three year old HP laptop with a touchscreen about two months ago that was near mint.
I love all the free micro SD cards I get out of the shit android phones people bring in

what states the store you work in? im in ma so we get regular visits from the vp and the president. fucking annoying because we have to drop everything to make the store look fucking golden.

Northern Canadian here, I agree, amazon shipping can be fuckawful sometimes.

Luckily i've proven to have no filter when talking to management so I'm set to not be there whenever there's a visit

I'murther south and shipping times are still godawful. The moment something has to cross the border everything gets expensive and slow as fuck. It's a conspiracy to make us want to move to the US.

quality 8TB drives are routinely on sale for $150 at B&M stores

Further*
This shit is what happens when I don't proofread.

>>people that don't buy 8tb easystores on sale to shuck exist
you have 5 seconds to explain to me the difference between the 8tb mybook and the easystore

I actually use mine as intended. Externally because I'm too lazy to install it.

plus usb 3.0 is plenty fast, also warranty

My immediate thought was the only use for all that space is porn.
