No. We will see Intels 10nm in 2019, no doubt about that. It will be roughly as good as 7nm, but obviously the monolithic design makes early adopting to this node pretty expensive (mcm designs like zen are pretty good here). It's gonna be rough for sure, but intel just has to bridge the time until Jim Keller finished their even better mcm design (probably 2021/2022). It's going to be a interesting future to say the least.
