I've constantly had to deal with Chinese breaking contract agreements with my company and the courts don't help at all. They're slow, unpredictable, and very biased towards their own peoples. Maybe it's not the case if you're Apple, but we only have a gross revenue of $10M.

The biggest surprise I had while in China was how bad a lot of their public services are.
