It probably just depends how the battery cells are organized: higher voltage for more cells in series, higher amperes for more cells in parallel.

They're not lying, user is. Charging a 10000mAh smartphone should usually take around 2 hours to 2.5 hours with a quick charger.
I used to own a k10000 (first one) and it was dope for battery life. Charge time was slow though.
That's mcharge, different to Qualcomm qc. You can tell from the M on the cable...
