Caste is an issue if you make it. I personally judge indians based on their caste as I know from personal experience that low caste people tend to be very niggerish. However that does not come into play all the time, if you're a good person of course the world will be good to you regardless of your caste or race or whatnot. I just simply take into consideration the stats as well. Like how you would lock your car door when a black person passes by. Its not racist, its just common sense.

Try learning English before posting here. If you must know, look up how accents are formed. It's all about the first language that is learned and how it sounds. A lot of sounds in the English alphabet isn't in whatever native language they speak.

I'm a pajeet but I was raised in USA. I work with some pajeets that came straight from pooland. 70% of them are incompetent. I have no idea why my company sponsors them. They get paid as much as a new hire straight out of uni anyway. The other 30% are cool and are decent at what they do.

I was thinking in terms of people who try to impose their caste status on other Indians when they're abroad as opposed to people who try to put it behind them, I've heard from multiple people that it's common for two Indians from different castes to pretend not to hate each other only when non-Indians are watching

My boss is actually really cool. Super supportive, very nice, says things like "You're awesome!" and "Thank you so much for X". Just tons of positive reinforcement and patience.

The rest of them are okay. They're highly emotional though. One day they'll praise you and the next day they'll yell at you like you're about to be fired. You'll be all shaken up the next day and they'll say "Why are you still thinking about that? That was yesterday!" The place is also very political. Tons of white elephants hired just because the CEO is playing a power game. CEO is a notorious dick. HR is a shit show and will constantly say things like "Will email you by end of day" and then won't get back to you for a week. Very political environment in general.

I don't personally know of this. I'm gonna assume you're american for the sake of example. When you meet a black person, are you openly racist towards them ? No. Do you impose your race upon them ? No. But in the back of your head you know that 13% of population is commiting majority of crimes and the person you're talking to is a part of that community and the chances are higher that this person might assault you or rob you. The indian constitution regroups the top 3 caste groups (Kshatriyas, brahmins, vaishyas) into "General" castes.

the others (shudras + labourers) are, acc to their individual castes' social standing have been grouped into either Backward castes, or Scheduled castes or Scheduled tribes.

traditionally the social standing is thus -
Top - General
Middle - Backward castes (normal labourers)
Lowest - Shudras (anyone who even remotely works with dead animals or human shit)

the traditional varna system was just an in-general designation system to denote what person had decided to take up what kind of profession.
eventually the people then decided to force people into selecting only those profession that their parents were already doing.

I've worked with several dozen over the years, they came from all over India. The ones that come over here are trying their best, but deep down there is no mistaking their inability to assimilate properly.
First of all most of them want to become citizens and make a ton of money. They also think that this country (USA) has many many problems that are a simple fix. Such "simple fixes" are ingrained in them from probably every facet of their original society: that big daddy government just needs to step in and fix all the wrongs with society directly, because people are incapable of controlling their actions. This is everything from monetary policy, to pollution, to gun rights. In every situation their view is that the government must make changes and everyone just has to deal with it for the better of humanity as a whole. Also the problems require change on americans part, but of course the home country was good except for all those lower class people. It was funny, even two random Indian guys meeting each other for the first time would eye each other and try to mentally place them in their societal castes. Finally, most of them have a third worlders view of what it means to be successful: expensive car, expensive house, take vacations.
About half of them could cook well (guys mostly), and it was random who would or wouldn't be vegetarian. The women were half grenades and half fatties. All in all most indians make good corporate slaves, as they do whatever they are told like robots. Expect very little independent thought from an average hire. Some have been very good, but they were exceptions.
