Norwegians can understand Swedish and Danish.
Swedes can understand Norwegian but have problems with Danish
Danes can understand Norwegians but I am not sure about Swedish.
All these countries have dialects that can be really hard (Telemark, Skaane, Soenderjudsk) even for natives.
