I get that OP was a shit for phrasing it the way he did, but this 14.0 came out 4 days ago and 14.1 came out yesterday.
And unless you use an ancient android, you need to uninstall the one from the repo, download and install the github version instead of just updating through the repo.
The sane solution would be to hang the people responsible at google and hope when the lose the first 100 engineers that they start to learn to document the standards they control.
