Good thread

Throw that letter in the trash. Nerds are so pathetic.

$55 per hour is not THAT bad.

Unfortunate they had to interview such a fucktard who don't even speak Erlang.

>open a business
>look for employees
>refuse them and send a bill
>some idiots will pay

>Head developer's hourly rate is $55
Why would I want to work here?

This is from the Berkeley meme page, OP is probably a larper
in the infinitesimal chance the letter is really yours, you don't actually have to pay since you it isn't a service nor did you agree to to pay beforehand
unironically this

I would pay a lawyer $200 to write a threatening letter "as a matter of principle".

It's not his.

what kind of retarded shit is this, in what fucking shit hole country would someone even try and pull this shit? am I being memed?

>get call from company recruiter
>go to interview
>call you back in half an hour and offer job
>should have asked for more

You're being memed, faggot.

EZ

Resubmit another invoice to that company for receiving the mail, processing and reviewing the contents.
Add a fee of $1750/hr.

>being this new
Off yourself immediately.

>Rebekah
Letter has to be fake, that is one of those stripper names white trash Americans would pick, not the name of an upstanding member of productive society.

not him but I've been shitposting here for years and don't remember seeing this

It's Australian... :(

It's Jewish.

The proper spelling is Rebecca.

>rebekah
>hourly rate 100 dollars
she's pretty cheap, what page did you find her on?

>rebekah
>owner

except its just some fag printout made in Word.

Hit this problem a lot early on as a freelance 3D artist. Typically you'll give out quotes to people and only hear back on some as they shop around, lots of other artist out there, but early on I would quote projects and immediately they would choose to work with me. I was young and stupid, eventually I looked up typical freelance rates for others in this business and found out I was charging about 1/3rd of the price everyone else with my software range and work experience.

I was working for peanuts for 3 years.

>$55 p/he

Lol IT is such an overpaid field no wonder companies are importing packets

Tech killed itself
