Depends on your needs.
Web? Just get a Wordpress or some shit like that. If you want more functionality, learn JS with the current framework of the month.
GUI app or Gaymin Dev? C# isn't terrible. Also try frameworks like Xamarin if you need cross platform stuff.
Just testing some code? Automate computer stuff? Python. Use bash for automation that doesn't make sense in Python.
Learning about computers? Use C and Assembly.
