There is some kind of auditing. I used to use Youtube Unblocker but it was removed by Mozilla because it installed another unsolicited addon in the background.

Is it normal to not know what to write? I'd like to write some programs but I really don't know what to make.

Thats at least what they are telling you when you upload it. There are also rules that you can't upload binaries and obfuscated code. It took about half an hour for them to audit it but it only has something like 50 LoC.

Was this change made after the release of older versions? Licensing changes do not apply like that.

Just disable the issue tracker and add "Fork it, dude" to the README.md

Their EULA prohibits other people from distributing their software. I couldn't find older versions anywhere on the internet and I'm not familiar with lawspeak so I figured its better just to write it myself, getting rid of the botnet bullshit was a plus.
