don't do it. with linux, everything just work. with openbsd, or any other bsd shit, you have to spend the entire day just to make something like the wireless to work properly.
Alexander Sanchez
>with linux, everything just works Imagine how shitty BSDs are if compared to them everything "just works" with Linux kek
What is its installation like? As easy as an Arch Linux installation, or worse? It's actually much simpler and easier than that.
Do I need to compile everything like with other BSDs? No
Why are you so worried that people may try other OS and form their own opinions? You are so desperate that you have to post FUD in every thread that mentions OpenBSD.

Well with this chance to snap up developers, quality of life issues can be addressed.

EZ setup and FDE. Simple. RTFM and you'll be fine.
Aaron Roberts
Very easy installation. Just press enter a bunch of times and you're set. It's secure. There's the ports thing that you install stuff from. As long as you aren't using some obscure laptop or noVideo it will work perfectly.
Ayden Collins
install dragonfly comes with a DE.
Mason Butler
because nobody uses bsd? the lack of support in the few features bsd has makes it unusable.
Andrew Cox
BSD is perhaps interesting only as a server. It has some gimmicky shit that would only interest the biggest of nerds, but it's largely 10 years behind Linux in terms of desktop usability. Tried it. Was not impressed and I found the community to be largely comprised of autistic assholes.
Lincucks is compromised. The journey to the OpenBSD promised land will be hard, but you will be rewarded in the end. OpenBSD is made for OpenBSD developers, it's not made to hold your hand.
>Security and correct/clean code. >Very, very easy install. Easier than arch. >You usually don't need to compile anything in BSDs unless you want to. Don't listen to these kids half of them never used a BSD and the other half are tards.
