All reviewers that got cards pre-release and signed NDA got strict instructions on how they can perform the tests to skew results in RTX favor.
Similar thing happened to VEGA/Ryzen. They were forced to test titles in configuration (high/low res) to bottleneck on other component to appear not-far behind GTX/Intel counterparts.
Just wait until people that bought the cards do their own unrestricted testing.
