Back when I was looking into this, I came across Goal Zero who used folding panels to link to a compatible 4xAA/AAA charger which had outputs to USB. All the reviews said they were the "best", but this was earlier days of power banks, I'm sure you could find a decent combo but just know that some batteries don't like to be, or cannot be trickle charged.

I went through about 3 of the cheaper generic solar/built in packs and they were rubbish 5+ years ago and most of them are still using the same design which "works" but are totally useless for anything you want them to do (like charge your devices and recharge the battery using sunlight and not a pc/wall plug)

It's a Rajintek metis case, Maxsun H81 mini itx mobo, "blazingram" 2x2gb ddr3 kit with LTC rgb heat spreaders, a Pentium G3260T "Intel confidential" processor cooled by a Snowman dual rgb fan tower cooler with no specific model number, gpu is an ASL GT 1030, psu is a 500w 80+ bronze rated unit from Aigo, 120gb goldenfir ssd and a 4$ generic fan hub
It works, I needed a power converter for the 230v psu but it's ok. Performs like I presumed a haswell dual core and 4gb of ram with a 1030 would.

Also a little more on the ASL 1030 because everyone thought I got chinked with a scam card, a GTX 460 or something And it's understandable except that I think a 460 would perform like a 1030 anyway. But the unheard of brand and gigantic cooler were a concern. But there was no additional power connector. I had never heard of ASL but aliexpress gave me a store wide 30$ coupon so I bought it for 61$ shipped, even if it was fake it would be kinda cool. But nah, it's a real 1030. GDDR5 version and all, nonreference PCB even (it even has a gundam printed on the back). It's built cheaply, the packaging was full printed but also cheap, it did not indicate it was a 1030 anywhere on the box and inside was just the card in some protective air bags and a manual from a GTX 580 that described how to do SLI The bracket is not steel and bends easily and the cooler is just extruded aluminum and what I think are actually cooler master fans with a new sticker on them. I read more about ASL, they are a legit Nvidia parter and were chinas first AIB. They currently make the entire pascal line but the 1070 and higher are impossible to find to import to the US. They started making cards going all the way back to G80 but haven't sold outside of China until recently.
Ok guys it's been almost two years. Is the ifive 4s mini still the best tablet for reading (and only reading) and is gearbest still the best place to order it from?
