There's probably some fucking script in place. Hiroshima did this shit a while back. You'd get some russian spyware ads, if you had adblock on.

This worked perfectly for me. Add it to your ublock custom filters.

Not cosmetic; filters it fully and removes it.

I don't get ads when uBlock is enabled. Some other people have mentioned what you're experiencing however.
