I literally increased my computer performance by 100 watts

Dunno if trolling, but the serious answer is
>depends on what you want from your pc

If you want up to date bleeding edge software or if your computer isn't powerful (eg. cheap Thinkpad) is not worth.

Daily reminder.

I'll try to keep that in mind, thanks.
OP

lmao

if you have some time to kill and know how to set useflags and shit to optimize for your particular hardware combination, then sure, why not

If you are some kind of computer maniac who wants to spend time to control even smallest aspect of OS then yes

If you want just slap a OS on pc you want to use on stuff like netsurfing, office, maybe gaming etc. Then you should use something like Linux Mint

>maybe gaming
You should use something like windows for that

I switched around 30 various distros on my laptop since I bought it few months back.
I need a distro so difficult to install that distro hopping wouldn't come to my mind ever.

Absolute state of loonex tards

Funny. I always listen to what Jow Forums says lol

Funny indeed.

Yeah

Whats the opposite of "always do opposite of what Jow Forums says"?

These are the few good memes of Jow Forums

If you want to learn linux yes. If you just want to use it not really.

>font: not found
Please tell me what font that is.

It's unironically one of the best distros overall.
Stable, mature, well maintained and very flexible.
Don't be discouraged just because it's often portrayed as an "advanced" distro, you'll learn along the way. You don't even need to know that much stuff, but admittedly more than if you're using something like Debian or Ubuntu.
It does take some time to set up properly, but once you're done, it really "just werkz" better than nearly any other distro.
That said, it's not for everybody. If you just don't care about the additional flexibility it gives you, use something else, although it's worth giving it a try.

why x64 if you've got just 2gb of ram?

install gentoo

I'll stick with Linux mint

pape sauce?

May i see you install it?
