Heard memes about it being good. Tried my friend's crt and it was amazing.
85hz looked like 240hz on a TN, low resolutions look really nice and natural. Makes old games a lot more playable than a 1080p 16:9 lcd. I'm convinced that CRT is the best panel out there, and the only reason why people moved away from it is because businesses needed something that consumed less power, could be moved around easier, and could take less desk space. Also, normies don't notice things like ghosting, refresh rate, color, dot pitch, resolution, etc.

Haven't done anything with it for almost as long.
I get these VERY sporadic moments of 110% obsession with things where I can learn a shitload about it in a short time and I think that "yes, this is my new thing" and then it peters out after a month and I go back to doing nothing all day but shitpost and play the occasional vidya.
