Download MStoolkit from mydigitallife (anywhere else and you will get malware), disable windows defender, activate your windows copy, whitelist the AutoKMS folder in c:/windows in defender.

Everyone in this thread is going to assume you are a nigger that is pirating windows, but I had the same problem. I had to call microsoft. It happens because you can only change so many things before windows considers it a different system and Microsoft thinks you are trying to install a second seat on a single seat license. Just call them and explain the situation. If you don't have an OEM key they should help you.

Everyone uses hwidgen.mk3 as of a few months ago. It's non intrusive like Daz Loader where it doesnt leave any files behind. You can use hwidgen.mk3 to activate Windows 10 then reformat and reinstall and it will be activated still.
