HR complaint about Linus?

Seems to fit in with the ESR theory of SJWs making a run at Linus. Seems that even twitter SJWs are theorizing that someone made Linus stand down. More blog.valerieaurora.org/2018/09/20/something-is-rotten-in-the-linux-foundation/

We need more women in tech. Move out of the way fascist white men.

women are getting fucked by this sjw movement
nobody will include them because they are complete liabilities now
as if some powerful ceo is going to have any kind of working relationship with someone who could use the fact that they were alone together for five minutes or said something that person (claims to have) found offensive as an opportunity to destroy their career and personal reputation for personal gain
this push for inclusivity is having a direct opposite effect already

Projection 101

The idea of someone being offended or "triggered" being a reasonable standard for termination is absolutely ridiculous.

>diddle diddle diddle
teehee commie got probed

i agree
nascar driver conor daly was fired because of something his father said in the 80s
with these standards of conduct, what chance does a reasonably outspoken or gregarious person have if they get on the wrong side of an sjw, or a "marginalised" person who is backed by sjws?

What kind of pseudo-leftism is this?

Especially if only an unproven allegation is enough.

this could be what these "codes of conduct" things are really about
if you sign a document holding you to completely arbitrary standards, you can be fired, maybe even blacklisted, with no recourse, at the whim of whoever interprets and enforces that document
if you fire someone based on informal accusations made on twitter by a third party, that person you fired might sue
but not if they signed an agreement holding them to workplace standards that are completely subjective

>Americans ruin everything
Colour me surprised.

These people are scum and need to be gassed

This. There needs to be more diversity in CS, especially in the college curriculum. The only reason men are dominating CS is because of misogynistic school administrators and guidance counselors who don't give women any opportunities to prove they're just as good as men are.

>nobody will include them
Then why is the exact opposite happening?

He wasn't fired, he lost a sponsership. Still bullshit, tho, and some old guy who'd be an announcer for decades was fired for telling the story about that guy's father.
Google it, what actually happened is pretty horrifying too.

White men need to be more inclusive in tech and think of how their behavior is affecting women and minorities. Not everyone can handle the pressure that is imposed by these white tyrants.

A more inclusive ecosystem in technology will benefit all.

Hi, isn't Linux that open source anyone is contributing anonymously thingy ?
How can anyone know that women, black people, people of jewish descent and others worthless subhumans are underrepresented ?
Seems a little racist to assume that just because women are two standard deviations in IQ, g and any other metrics below men that they can't code.

>isn't Linux that open source anyone is contributing anonymously thingy
The Linux kernel does not accept anonymous contributions. Even if it was, someone could still use their real name.
