absolutely great thread
That was a good series. I still enjoy the music.
KAGOOOMEEE!
Agreed. It was actually my first anime. It will always hold a very special place in my soul.
Well, it was not the first I had started watching, as I started off with Pokémon during the late 1990s, but it was an early one in the general Western wave of anime enthusiasm.
I did watch Pokemon and Yugioh as a kid but Inuyasha was the first anime I watched from beginning to end and actually fully understood. Stuff like Pokemon were just things you mindlessly zoned out to.
Why is she angry in that scene, again?

So do I, I especially always come back to this one.
Inuyasha was rubbing his face all over the window of a bakery.
>When your friend does something very embarrassing.
>Cringing intensifies.
This ending made me depressed.
yeah
He cute
These endings are my favorites, I think, although most of them are good, or at least with great visuals.

Nice taste user, somehow they managed to make almost every opening and ending of this show really great.

Also best girl
That was also a good one. I did not care as much for the ones before and after it, though. I think the openings tended to be best with a dramatic, melancholic mood, although the first one was lively and upbeat in the song and melody, yet still managed to contain some melancholy.
Her ending was particularly sad in The Final Act.

that one really got to me
it was quite depressing in the manga
I'm just starting to read the manga. I am only on the second chapter. It's fun. I think I will listen to the TV series' and movies' OSTs, too.
Which Japanese actress would be able to best play her, if a live action movie is getting made?
Based
'every heart' is honestly the best ED of the series.
It was axed so awkwardly. But damn, I used to Inuyasha and Kagome so hard. Had dreams of them. Thought of them before I fell asleep. Was around 2001-2002 or so.
Very cute

Some series could be so impressionable, as to inspire dreams.

Is that an official image of the show, or fan art?
Offical art
haha yes yes, very anime, am i right guys?
Are those all Rumiko Takahashi's created characters? I don't recognize the two to the left.
I just found out that it is Kagome, Lum, Sakura, and Akane.

How many of you have seen InuYasha: The Final Act? What do you think of it?
Bump
she looks like a faggot cunt
The first few episodes felt super rushed, like they were on 2x speed or something, but aside from that, it's just more Inuyasha, which is what I wanted. I really don't like the ending though.
What did you not like about the ending? I thought it was a good, satisfying conclusion to the series. Perhaps I was expecting a sad ending for a big character or two, in the style of Kagura’s and Kikyo’s deaths, but it turned out to be a good ending for the main characters. I agree that some of the episodes felt fast-paced, with little time to breathe and live in their world.
The thing that bothered me about the ending is that Kagome abandoned everything in her world to go live 500 years in the past forever. If just a minor detail was added that shows Kagome can still travel between the two worlds I'd like it
That bothered me a little, as well. She seemed to prefer her new friends and their centuries old world, instead of the modern life she knew most of her life. Yet, what about her family in the present? Kagome’s mother seemed to be quite easy to convince to let her daughter stay in the past, indefinitely, possibly to never return. I think it was implied that she would be unable to travel back to the present.
You guys are cool for keeping this thread going
I think the 3rd ending, 'Dearest', is my favorite.
Dearest is a very nice song. I also like the instrumental version, and maybe prefer it, too. Wada Kaoru is one of the best soundtrack composers.
Kagome's house.
this thread must not die
I enjoyed the original cover the most. It was my introduction to Ayumi Hamasaki's music.
kot?
I think it might have been the first of this series' ending songs I have heard, although "Every Heart" is still more nostalgic to me, since I started watching around 2004, when "Dearest" was still going on, but getting replaced by BoA's song. Of the two artists, Hamasaki Ayumi, and Kwon Bo-ah, I prefer Bo-ah. Both are pretty and talented artists, however!
InuYasha is very small.
It's quite sad that Ayumi is going death. There's word going around that she might retire soon.
Wait, Ayumi is dying?
*Deaf. It's a late night, and sleep's calling
Oh, thank you for the explanation.
gucci gang
Remember that time Sango tried to get Inuyasha to fuck her?
It was awkward.
Should've still gone for it though. The others wouldn't have noticed, they were miasma-drunk too.
I remember when inuyasha tried to fuck shippo.
Kagome sure noticed
>3 times, Kagome
>3 times, Kagome!
up she goes
"Osuwari!"
we have to keep this thread alive
We'll live
Are there any pictures of Kagome in her Final Act late highschool/college uniform? I like that one.
