Can someone recommend me something I can put UNDERNEATH this to put a PC case? I'm working with very limited space here and my monitor and speakers will fully use the upper part. I'll probably even get rid of the drawers.

Since I took the photo, I've replaced the Wyrd with an Eitr, so I can feed coaxial into my Modi Multibit.

The bottom one is my amp, a Lake People HPA RS02. I had a Schiit Lyr before but it couldn't play nice with my new headphones, so it had to go.

Cool, I recently purchased Modi multbit+Magni 3 to upgrade from my Fulla 2. I can tell it's a slight upgrade in quality but honestly it's negligible, is that just how it is when upgrading amps?

I think once you get into a certain price bracket, everything sounds great but with small flavor variations. Fulla to Magni, while a decent upgrade, isn't a big enough jump for a day/night difference. Both are well designed amps, but the Magni of course having more power to it.

I ditched my Lyr and bought a Lake People amp not for an increase in sound quality, but because the Lyr doesn't have a super low noise floor, which is a requirement for sensitive headphones like the TH900. I was also tired of tubes and wanted to jump into solid state.

While I kinda want at some point in the future to get a V281, I honestly am not sure if I could tell the difference in a blind test with it and my RS02.

Yeah, I'm sure I'd get a decent upgrade to go to something like HD820 with a $2k amp but I'll probably never experience as big a jump as when I first got an amp. As an example maybe something along the lines that you'd get 50% sound quality with just your mobo/phone, 80% with an entrylevel amp and then a decreased gain towards 100% the better amp/dac you get (assuming you already have a good pair of cans).

I might upgrade again in the future if I have a large amount of dispensable cash but today I feel like I'd rather put it towards my computer than throw it at a 5~10% gain in sound quality.

The monitors have since been swapped position wise. The larger monitor is far superior for browsing due to it's larger pixel density. That and it can be angle down. I'm in the design phase right now for building my own desk.

Yea I'll be doing it soon when I build my new desk. Not going to try building around this current desk. My old room was much smaller, so much like Tokyo, I had to build up. Now that I'm in a larger apartment, I can have the desk I've always wanted.
