How is this happening? Every single site and project, she sees a completely mashed up and jumbled website. No one else has this issue. Only her. Is it possible that she has no idea how to refresh a page? Sure. Just as possible as her logging into clients' websites and changing things to make them "prettier".
I need out of this field. I used to love web development. Now, every agency panders to PC culture and every agency puts women who have no clue what's going on in positions like "project management", "lead designer", etc. Last month, they hired some guy who likes to cross-dress and good for him but we had to all attend a HR meeting about gender sensitivity and we were told to address him as her or face punishment.
