Some parts of the site are still down. The report page doesn't load or shows a bad request error. The rolling thread in /qa/ () is dead too, and I'm having trouble posting images.

Probably a server died. Jow Forums, /tv/, /vr/, /news/ and maybe other boards completely disappeared for hours.

Some of the top boards were up much longer though.
You see Jow Forums just vanishes halfway into the day and while most bigger boards still got extremely slow, it was still possible to post with some delay.

Jow Forums banished from the graph because the entire board disappeared from the site. Only the archives were up. This happened with other boards too.

yeah I messed up the pic, but it went down similarly to Jow Forums in that image.
With the usual downtimes/board-freezes you can at least still load the site and read threads, just not post.
This time you couldn't even load a catalog and just get various error messages on each request like
"unexpected end of file"
"incorrect data check"
"unknown compression method"
"invalid stored block lengths"
