Computer labs need to either use a freeze system where system are configured and they are "frozen", so that when the computer lab is closed, the systems revert to that state.

I imagine this CCleaner cloud is intended for that sort of purpose. It can be configured to do much more than what the consumer level one can do, and perhaps it is a cheaper solution than deep-freeze.

Well when I was in college they just had it setup to at a certain late time automatically revert lab computers back to a default clean state. For saving things we had a personal network storage that would only be cleared until a certain amount of time after you weren't enrolled anymore/graduated.
