Memers from Jow Forums will say K&R C, but that book was designed for people who already know how to program.

> complete beginners
Just start out with C++ instead

there is none, they all suck for beginners
just bite the bullet and pick SICP or some other autistic book

So the head first one is the one a complete beginner should get?

Learn c the hard way

deep C secrets

C for Retards

What about this?

this objects are important if you want to get hired plus learning C after is more adjusting to paradigms and working with constraints when compared to C++

This isn't JavaScript...

Isn't the head first for Arduino nigger? Good book tho but you need dem arduino

whats arduino??? what do i do???

Are you retarded or just foreign

I recommend "Programming Principles and Practice using C++". Bjarne Stroustrup, the creator of C++ wrote it so he knows his shit. The book is extremely thorough and is a great beginner's book because you learn how to program, and you learn C++ too

Do you know how to read?

spbp

unfortunately

I'm sorry.

Head First series are fine for beginners. Although, nothing beats practice projects

Here’s a few practice projects I made with C
Blackjack
Snake Game
Visually Illustrate Every Search Algorithm
Chess

As your knowledge deepens, you’ll go back to old projects and rewrite them with better, more robust logic

I appreciate the sentiment but that was nearly 20 years ago

If you are going to learn C, you should have some basic entry level to Operating Systems. It's nice to know what a seg fault means and how virtual memory works. To master C is to master the Unix Operating System itself.

Inb4 who’s (s)he

2nd ed kr everything else is trash kikes trying to kike you out of shekels

I would suck her cock so hard.

C primer Plus is a really good book, very in depth with lots of exercises and lots of details on how everything's done.
The exercises is what matter because with it you're going tos pend more time coding than reading it and that's how you actually learn.
