I enjoy the videos just because of the gear he showcases. There's other nice stuff out there for things like Commodores and Spectrums, but once you get into obscure portables, weird peripherals, and so on his videos are one of the only places you'll find anything better than grainy old magazine pictures or shit that looks like it was filmed on a 2006 flip phone. Same goes for LGR as well, and in that case a lot of the appeal is that he and I are almost exactly the same age and he shows off a lot of stuff I remember seeing at Fry's or in magazine ads as a kid/teenager and wondering about.
