Spring Boot literally beats any other framework out there.
At it keeps improving faster and faster.
At the end of the day what matters is tooling and libraries/framework. And java is the language with more and better support.

Doesn't matter. Haskell has no support accoring to needed utilities for use in an actual big software house. It doesn't have a library for literally everything with the same type as support and growth as java.
There is a reason why even companies as big on microservives (which should allow you to use a lot more languages) still use the JVM as their!main focus.
