This. Also coconut oil for your skin, beard and hair (for hair you could also use animal fat, like badger or bear but regular people don't like the smell).
For cooking I'd add bird fat (duck or goose), pork fat (for pork or fries), corn oil for stews and sesame oil for frying (and some stews)
