I might if I decide to upgrade to the Vive Pro. My 980 is barely able to run VR. It ran fine with a 2nd 980 but drunk me blew it up by putting all the sliders to max in MSI Afterburner.
I'll most likely just get a 1080ti if I stay with the Vive and use the extra cash to upgrade the HMD.

1080ti is the same performance for a lot less money. 2080ti is better but nowhere near enough better to justify the cost.
Better to wait a generation or two until RTX is powerful enough to raytrace without the framerate dropping to 30.
