Unlimited on private trackers, 3.0 on public ones. I'm all for sharing but at that point I've done my job. If I kept seeding everything on public trackers my bandwidth would shoot through the roof.

depends on the health of the torrent. if I'm on a public tracker and I download something that's popular and has a few dozen seeders already I'll hop off as soon as I'm over 1.0. stuff that isn't as well seeded I'll leave running for more time or ratio.
