The majority of desktop/laptops are prebuilt. The hobbyist market is a tiny fraction of the market in general.

Is loaded questions the new Intel shilling tactic?
>Is it true that AMD cpu's crash a lot?
>I heard AMD cpu's overheat, is it true?
>Does AMD deserve the hate?
>Why aren't people buying AMD?

>Steam
AMD users unzip files all-day retard.

Intel is better.

The majority of Steam users have a 5 year old intel laptop. They're desperately poor foreigners and NEETs who play TF2 and shitty VNs.
These people aren't going to buy new hardware, let alone a non mass marketed laptop like an AMD powered one.

The question here is, how much of that 83% comes from OEM computers? Probably 80% or more.

Because we still have working Intel's from the pre-Ryzen era.

The majority of steam users are on OEM systems from bestbuy that are probably 5-8 years old with the cheapest videocard they can buy locally.

Before you see that number rise much, people are going to need to be forced to upgrade. Almost everyone building a new PC right now is going ryzen, so that number will keep increasing.

>TF2 and shitty VNs.
You just described that little kid with a ryzen CPU who has over 200hours playing crush crush on steam.

Why do people install malware which scans their computer and collects hardware information onto their system?

Chink pc cafes, you dumbshit. That's why there are sudden increase in mid kepler and maxwell cards.

Nobody falls for AMD anymore, they fell for it enough in the past, the lesson has been learned. They also want to do things on their PC other than zip and unzip files all day while running synthetic benchmarks.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THIS IS FAKE, SHILL INCEL

They filtered those, nice try Pajeet

The vast majority of people on Steam are using either prebuilts or laptops. There's a reason the most common resolution is 1366*768.

No one's buying AMD in droves until the RAM it works ideally with isn't almost as much as the CPU and motherboard itself

NO NO NO DELETE THIS

WTF are you talking about, just go over to Reddit or any other website where normies are building computers, almost all new builds are Ryzen ones.

>the most common resolution is 1366*768.
Why do you lie, Rakeesh?

That's why 2nd most popular language is chinese, right?

>gayyymer platform as proof of anything

Just because it was meant to be played 5 FPS FASTER!
