My GPU barely kept 50% clocks due to lack of utilization...like 800mhz instead of 1400. Don't know how to force it to stay at the max speed.

You running stock clocks on that?

You can OC that sucker to 4.2Ghz fairly easily with decent cooling.

i must be insanely lucky. ive talked to a few people in the last 2-3 days that say their stuff takes a ton of volts to keep stable.

I'm only running +.06v on the core, Still air cooled on a hyper 212 with gigabytes "silent" pwm fan profiles for the CPU and PWM case fans.

DO have a intake power fan and exhaust, just to always force a cross flow.

Did not mess with HT clocks or Northbridge clocks/volts. See no real reason to.

Mine gets the same score with a northbridge OC, people who say you need to tweak NB and ram dividers on FX to get the most out of it are full of shit.

About the only thing messing with either of those did was give my GPU instability oddly. like with a NB/HT oc I had a 50% chance of irrecoverable radeon driver crash at boot - with no real gains anywhere else.

cinebench is a really awful representation of performance, same with cpu-z.

honestly my single core score is like 50 behind an 8700k, but in most real world stuff i'm like 10% behind.
