inb4 a dozen spurdo references

Do people like that actually exist? That's fucking mindboggling.

Of course not. In reality people use a real programming language and don't waste time doing such complicated things themselves.

Whot the actual F? Was this supposed to be some kind of joke library?

Based and bloatpilled

You have seen nothing.

pretty based if you ask me

My fucking sides

Should have posted that in the npm thread yesterday.

Obviously the first version only checked number 1 - 100. Do you know how long it takes to write
if(n = 10037)
return true
if(n = 10039)
return true
all the way up to MAXIMUM_SAFE_INTEGER?

So this is the power of javascript!

Attached: high_level.png (991x680, 34K)

>v0.1.0
return !!(~~i >> 0 & 1) and throw error if i isn't a number
>v0.1.1
return !!(~~i & 1)
>v0.1.2
throw error if i isn't an integer
>v1.0.0
some readme updates
>v2.0.0
dependency and readme updates
>v3.0.0
return (n % 2) === 1 and throw error for non-safe integers
>v3.0.1
new way to check for non-safe integers, but mostly just readme updates

you don't get it, those are bought as replacements for macs in company settings where they don't give a shit how fast or expensive it is, the only concern is that it works exactly as before

> Touching that guy's keyboard
That's a pretty bad decision.

are you saying I can buy a GTX 780 and resell it for profit if I put "Apple MAC PRO" on the listing?

You'll have to reflash BIOS and have a Mac to test it, but yes, it works like that. Keep in mind that probably only reference boards would have a compatible Mac BIOS.

This is absolute bollocks, those listings marked MAC are using exactly the same BIOS

There would be no point in buying Mac editions then, but I know a guy who does that for a living and he explicitly stated what I told you. He was looking for Radeons, though.

>return !!(~~i >> 0 & 1)
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I work at google and they'd probably find some way to fire me if they found out that I just don't think Trump is a nazi.

As someone who isn't familiar with JS, what the fuck does that even mean?

I dont know javascript but I assume the ~~ is intended to convert the number to integer if it happened to be a real, and the !! is intended to convert the final integer result to a boolean

MOOT

correct

Ding ding, you've figured it out. The fact your friend falls for it doesn't make it true.

can i get a job there if i pretend to be gender fluid or trans?

what the absolute fuck

It's because the Nvidia card except some of the 680 is not efi compatible so a company called macvidcards have made a business bios modifying and replacing of the bios chip on Nvidia cards. They need to replace the bios because Nvidia have used small eeproms so there is no space for the efi data on them (it is not a problem on AMD cards). On a sidenote do anyone have a bios dump from a macvidcards card? I fell that +100€ is abit steep to only sell the bios mod if you pay for the replacement of the eeproms from him or his business partners.

Fuck off, moot.

Libraries are wonderful, but only when sparingly used and used in exceptional circumstances where they are uniquely designed to achieve a goal. However, what we have today are retarded programmers who import a mess of libraries and other dependencies to make up for their inability to solve a problem and to write shit code.

10 year old me literally thought this was how 3D games were programmed. The first big revelation I had was that the game world DOES exist outside of the viewport. Then my uncle gave me a book on programming in BASIC and that's how I got into programming.
Thanks for reading my blog.

Haha this. Microsoft Windows users are professionals with no degenerate fetishes.

Ask for genuine Microsoft software.

Same

There was a time when I wouldn't have believed this story.

kek. this is why your install gentoo

i would have downvoted you if you didnt put the blog thing

Same.

I used to work at a huge logistics multinational, and the location where I worked was running all of its systems on 32bits.

+Excel out the ass for everything.

having a "do_stuff" function by one of the wealthiest programmer on the net is a funny little piece of trivia, but Facebook being an exploit fest is just a fact of life.

It's like when another british politician or a member of the Vatican gets into a child molestation scandal, or the day when Bison graced your village - it's a Tuesday.

The whole point of the meme is ridiculing someone's programming skills, so it doesn't make sense to highlight a fun bit of trivia over of the actual damning part.

Attached: install gentoo day.png (1373x2628, 646K)

again, facebook exploits are so common they are not even damning anymore, it's how it is supposed to work. In fact after they started locking up their APIs this april after the analytics scandal, a lot of stuff our clients took for granted on their websites had to be removed because Facebook (and Instagram, etc) just did not allow for it anymore.

Also, note that most of those "exploits" are rooted in the adagio as old as the internet: people not realizing that what they post online is visible to everyone on the internet.

So that's what the "code" part in "Unicode" stands for.

Nope. It's a commit that increases the required node version in order to get certain checks to pass on Travis CI.

kek'd good at that one
