Acceleration and braking=trigger buttons
Gear shifting=bumper buttons
Turn signals=left or right direction on D-Pad
Head lights= up or down direction on D-Pad
Car steering=analog stick
Win wipers= up or down direction on D-Pad or face buttons

If it's not AI operated (like a self driving car) then a HUMAN is driving ALL the cars, have you ever considered that point?

You can get a good simulation setup going for 2-3k
