Firefox's dark theme doesn't change this bars colour -pic related-

How can i change it?

That "bar" is called a "scrollbar" and is used to move the the webpage up and down (thanks apple for making people retarded)

If you're using windows you can't change its looks without installing some l33t h4xk3r skinz

On Linux try messing with the configuration files of your DE.

Beware this will most likely also change all the scrollbars in your DE

get a proper dark theme and not use their generic garbage one, from their mozilla themes place.
