If you're in the US, it's your lack of skill. I used to be a bearded incel basedboy and had a much harder time interviewing then. True story I recently saw a resume with the line "Prefers pop music from 80s and 90s". This kind of crap really makes me not want to hire them. You are applying for a job. Offering up random information not relevant to the job is a giant red flag that you will constantly waste my time with irrelevant nonsense.
